    alrajhi@24seven Security Statement

  • Keeping customers' money and information secure has always been a central part of Al Rajhi's banking policy. Our computer systems utilise secured encryption technology and authentication techniques to protect your data and ensure a safe delivery channel for data transmission between you and the Bank.

We also implement strict security controls and procedures to mitigate the risk of unauthorised access to your details. To access our alrajhi@24seven Service, you will be required to use a User ID and Password which will only be known to you. As long as you keep this password confidential, you can be assured that the Bank's systems and procedures are in place to protect your information. To prevent password guessing abuses, our system is built to allow only a limited number of attempts.

Inactive sessions are also timed out to prevent unauthorised use in case you accidentally leave the session logged on after you have completed your internet banking transactions. Be wary of fraudulent emails requesting you to verify your account details. These emails contain links to fake websites that look similar to Al Rajhi Bank website. These email scams known as "Phishing" are designed to trick customers into entering their confidential banking information.

    How To Protect Yourself

    • Al Rajhi Bank will never send emails to customers to verify confidential, personal or account information. Therefore, do not reply to emails that request such information.
    • Delete all emails received of this nature, even if they appear to have come from Al Rajhi Bank.
    • If you suspect you've been sent a fraudulent email, contact your Al Rajhi Bank customer care officer immediately.
